Local South Florida mediations are billed on an hourly fee basis at our then-current hourly fee rate. All other mediations are billed on a flat fee basis, inclusive of study time, travel time and travel expenses. We find that the flat fee out-of-town mediation billing structure works best for our clients so that they know in advance exactly what the mediation fee will be.
